BA4760 Range of reduced pressure zone valves with blue epoxy powder coated cast iron bodies. The valves incorporate two spring loaded check valves with stainless steel springs and EPDM rubber seals. BA 295` range of reduced pressure zone valves with bronze bodies. The valve incorporates two spring loaded resilient trim check valve assemblies with an `O` ring seal for assembly into the valve body with stainless steel springs and EPDM seats. The zone located between the check valve cartridges contains the relief valve. A ¼ turn test valve is located in each of the zones on top of the assembly. Supplied with a tundish. Minimum and Maximum working pressure 1.5 bar to 10.0 bar. Maximum temperature 65°C. Note : The second check valve rating for all sizes has a spring rating of more than 0.08bar.

`BA2760` RPZ valve with brass or bronze body. The valve incorporates two spring loaded resilient trim check valve cartridges with stainless steel springs and EPDM seats. The zone located between the check valve cartridges contains the relief valve. This valve incorporates a diaphragm (NBR) attached to the relief valve guide which is subjected to upstream pressure via an internal point. This upstream pressure pushes the valve guide against an EPDM seat and creates a seal. If the pressure differential between the upstream and intermediate zone reaches 0.14 bar, the relief valve opens and discharges water from the intermediate zone.

`BA 298F` range of reduced pressure zone valves with a stainless steel body. The valve incorporates two spring loaded resilient trim check valve assemblies with bronze bodies which are externally threaded (Right Hand) with an `O` ring seal for assembly into the valve body with stainless steel springs and EPDM seats. The zone located between the check valve cartridges contains the relief valve. This valve incorporates a diaphragm (EPDM) attached to a slider, which is subjected to upstream pressure via a stainless steel tube, which is externally mounted. This upstream pressure pushes the valve cone against an EPDM seat and creates a seal. A ¼ turn test valve is located in each of the zones on top of the assembly. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum temperature 50°C.
