Site applied metal coatings

Compliance with BS6920 relates to the conditions of cure specified in the listing. If the cure conditions are varied from those described below then compliance with BS6920 cannot be assummed without further testing. Where catalysts are required, only tested catalysts in the recommended concentrations should be used. Manufacturer's advice must be sought if any non standard mixing or curing conditions are being considered.

WRAS Approval Number 1205520

Powercron 6060. Factory applied, black coloured, cross-linked epoxy urethane polymer coating. Apply as per manufacturer`s instructions. Cure for 20 minutes at 185°C. For use with water up to 23°C.

Waterline P300 tank lining. Two component, epoxy based coating consisting of a base (black coloured) and hardener (white coloured). Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s instructions. Cure 16 hours at 3C. For use with water up to 23°C only.

Belzona 5811DW2 Grey and Belzona 5811DW2 Cream. Two part coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s instructions. Cure for 21 days at 7°C. For cold water use only.
