Waterstops

These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992 with respect to normal frequency of joints. The materials have been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre as specified in BS 6920: Part 1.

TamPur 150. Hydrophilic polyurethane foam which is a straw coloured liquid when unreacted and a white coloured, flexible foam material when cured. Mix TamPur 150 with water in a volumetric ratio of 1:1. Cure for 24 hours at 7°C. For use with water up to 23°C.

Supercast PVC Waterstop Hydrofoil (alternative trade names Rearguard and Angle Guard). Blue coloured, PVC sheet material for use with cold water only. This material is for use only in undertaker`s reservoirs and similar structures having been tested at a reduced surface area volume ratio.

Fosroc Supercast SW10 Black, SW30 Green & SW20 Red. Polyacrylate based elastomeric waterstops, manufactured using extrusion. Shore hardness 70. SW10 Black & SW30 Green for use with water up to 23°C. SW20 Red for use with water up to 50°C. These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992 with respect to normal frequency of joints. The materials have been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre as specified in BS 6920: Part 1.

Sika Injection 306. Site applied, four part (Part A = orange coloured accelerator, Part B = white hardener, Part C = blue resin & Part D = water) polyacrylic injection resin. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s instructions. Cure for 7 days at 30°C. For use with water up to 50°C. These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992 with respect to normal frequency of joints. The materials have been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre as specified in BS 6920: Part 1.
