Thermolast TPE material manufactured by injection moulding. For use with water up to 60°C. The approval covers the following grades; Thermolast K TF(1)WK(2)(3) where; 1.) Indicates the shore hardness 5=55 shore, 6=60, 7=70, 8=80 & 9=90 2.) Indicates the colour of the base material; S=natural & Z=black 3.) No extension or (-) indicates no colour & 3 digits indicate a colour. The first digit of the 3 digit colour code indicates the ground colour; 1 = yellow, 2=orange, 3=red, 4=violet, 5=blue, 6=green, 7=grey, 8=brown & 9=white or black The second and third digits of the 3 digit colour code indicates the particular shade.

The products may also be coloured using one, or any combination of the following Kraiburg pigments: Blue 1, yellow 1, white 1 and green 1 (maximum level 2% by weight). Black 1 (maximum level 3% by weight). Red 1 (maximum level 4% by weight). All grades are intended for injection moulding and/or extrusion. For use with hot and cold water up to 60°C.
