There are two basic entry
requirements to join the External Services Sector of the WIAPS Scheme:
Regulation Qualification
Options
You must possess a recognised
qualification in the Water Fittings Regulations that has been developed
for the external services sector.
The training and assessment for
this sector is delivered within the Water Industry of England & Wales

Insurance
You or your employer are
required in paragraph 7 of the Terms & Conditions of Membership to
maintain Public Liability Insurance. Please read the Terms & Conditions
available
here 
Once you have met the criteria
you can apply to WIAPS for membership by phoning 01495 248454 for an
application form, fill in and return to the address below, taking care
to include all items listed in section 5 of the application form.
